[Mail_treas] New Receipt and Object code

Good Afternoon!

I installed a patch to the software that added the following account codes:


Receipt code 1831:  Community School Sponsorship Fees

Object code 526:  Textbooks for College Credit Plus

These are new codes for fy17 EMIS reporting.
