[Mail_treas] FP / AMSS Postage Machines

[James Phillips]

Is anyone besides my school district having problems with FP postage
machine performance and service?  We switched about a year ago to the
dismay of those in district who use the machines.  Wondering if it is just
us, or others as well.  If so, please reply or give me a call at
