[Mail_treas] Assistant ot the Treasurer Survey

Soon I will being hiring an Assistant to the Treasurer with our district.
Currently the individuals duties are payroll and accounts payable.  Our
district has an adm of 1100.  If you are a district close to this size and
you have an individual in the Treasurer's office completing the same duties
can you please send me their salary and any benefits (SERS pick up ect.).
