[Mail_treas] Sick Leave Transfer

You have an employee who works at two different school districts during the
course of one year.  She receives a full time job at one of the districts.
She earned 15 days of sick time at both districts during the same year.
She desires to transfer all her sick leave from her former district and
expects for the 2015/16 year to be able to transfer the entire 15
days--thereby earning 30 days in one year.  I believe this is pyramiding
sick leave.  Has anyone dealt with this?
