Our school district is currently in contract negotiations with our  
non-certified support staff. We have an issue around bus driver field trip  
pay for which I would like to collect data from other schools. Your time in  
answering these few questions will be greatly appreciated. I will be happy  
to share my GoogleDocs survey results with anyone who might find them  
useful.
