Hi, the 451 fund is still used for receipting Ohio K-12 Network Funding.  I have included a link to the spending guidelines:

Does anyone know what year the 451 SchoolNet Grant went away or do you have any other information about it?  I would also like to know what year the Bus Purchase subsidy went away and any other information about it.
