Stow-Munroe Falls CSD (Summit County) is seeking applicants for a USPS
payroll assistant.  This is a 261 day exempt position with applicable
benefits.

Application deadline:  Friday, April 1, 2016, at 4:00 P.M.

Preferred minimum qualifications:
Knowledge of or experience with state software (USPS);
Payroll and accounting skills including knowledge of benefits,
healthcare, and taxes;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; and
Bachelor’s degree preferably with training and experience in
accounting or finance.

Major responsibilities include:
Process bi-weekly payroll in accordance with all laws and Board policy;
Maintain applicable leave records (sick, vacation, personal, etc.);
Process all applicable payroll reports timely including W-2’s;
Process deductions, fringe benefits, and payroll tax reports;
Develop (as needed) and maintain database records;
Be proficient in office protocol;
Attention to details; and Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written
communications skills.

You must be flexible in your work schedule due to pay dates, holidays,
fiscal year end, and calendar year end.

Salary dependent on experience.  Up to 10 years experience granted.
