Our district of about 1200 students had a band director who wrote all of his own halftime programs and shows.

Now with a new person in charge we are being told that our prior director was the exception to the rule and that 80-90% of all districts use an outside service to write their programs.

Maybe I am a little paranoid but just a yes or no will suffice.


Does your HS Band hire an outside individual or service to write their halftime shows?
