[Mail_treas] Merit/Incentive Pay

My Board would like to establish a merit/incentive pay for the treasurer.  If any of you have merit pay/incentive pay based upon goals, audit , etc. would you please share a copy of the way your board awards/calculates this pay.
My Board has created one for other administrator based upon the State Grade card components and goals but didn't feel this applied to the Treasurer.

I would be glad to share my results!
