[Mail_treas] Lease Purchase Improvements

Good morning- I am looking for guidance on accounting for lease purchase
improvements.  We are installing new windows, upgrading lighting and making
stadium improvements with a lease purchase agreement on the HS/MS
building.  Should I be depositing these monies in to a special fund, if so
which one?
Any documentation you have would be appreciated.
