[Mail_treas] Student Fees / Collection Agencies

Good Morning Everyone,

My Board has requested that I do research on obtaining a collection agency
to collect outstanding prior year student fees.   I am curious as to how
many District's out there do use a collection agency?  If you are a
District that does use a collection agency, could you send me your policy
as to when you would send a student to collections?
