[Mail_treas] PTO donation to teacher

[Lykins, Beth]

Has anyone had where a PTO will give a donation non school related ($100)
directly to a teacher,   for the passing of a parent, a fire ect?  I have
been told it is in the by-laws of the organization that a donation can be
given and that they have been audited and there were no problems found with
doing so.
