[Mail_treas] New Levy and Five Year Forecast

Good Evening!

My district is proposing a brand new levy on the ballot in November. Do any
of you know what the protocol is regarding the five year forecast?

The district has not had a levy on the ballot for over 35 years so this is
brand new to me.

I am not certain if I am required to model the new levy or not on the five
year forecast.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
