[Mail_treas] RFP for a design/build project

Would anyone have an example of a RFP for a design/building project for a
non school facility, i.e. transportation and/or maintenance buildings?  We
will be building a new bus garage and bus maintenance facility.

It would help to have a starting point to build our parameter into.
