[Mail_treas] Blended Learning Opportunities for Students

We're trying to implement online opportunities for core curriculum,
accelerated/elective options and credit recovery.  Do you pay a stipend for
a  teacher to be the teacher of record for these course options?  What kind
of structure do you have in place for these opportunities for your students?
