The Northwest Ohio Computer Association is seeking a Support
Specialist/Technical Writer in our Fiscal Services Department.  Previous
experience in a school district's Treasurers office is
a plus as well as experience with state software.  This position requires
excellent communication skills, organization and problem solving skills and
the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities include providing user support in all aspects of the
fiscal software.  Develop user documentation and training materials to
support the fiscal software.  Prepare and present software training
sessions and webinars on a frequent basis.
