Hello again,

I hope you were able to look over the new YTDESHC report. I am attaching some supplemental information to help determine what types of health coverage should be marked "Y" to "Include as employer-sponsored health coverage". Please see, starting on page 3, a table listing all of the coverage types. All health coverage marked "Y" will be listed on the new report.

Happy Friday!

We have been working hard here at MVECA to bring you a new ACA Payroll report.

This report is helpful for verifying the cost of Employer-Sponsored Health Coverage that populates Box 12 (code DD) of the Employees W2. This report will work for you if:


*        both the employee and board deductions are processed in USPS; and

*        the corresponding DEDNAM records are marked "Y" to "Include as employer-sponsored health coverage?"

The report can be executed by typing at the Menu> YTDESHC

Or from the USPS_LCL menu:
