[Mail_treas] learning management system

Ok we are trying to make our coaches follow the appropriate guidelines to
be certified as a coach.  If they have their safe account all set up, is
there a way for them to access the Learning Management System to complete
the required courses.  Not sure what I need to do to give them access. 
Any suggestions?
