[Mail_treas] Last Pay in January and First Pay in February

Hello,

Hopefully you received my first email regarding the changes to SERS reporting starting February 1st. To recap, no February payroll can be completed until the new software release for SERS reporting is installed.

Now, I need to put together a list to find out what date districts could be finished running SERSREG for the last pay in January and what date they would need to run CHKUPD by for the first pay in February? This is the "in between" time period that we need to install the software release for the new SERSREG reporting features.

To try to find the best date to install the release (once we receive it), please send me two dates - the estimated date SERSREG will be ran the end of January and the estimated date CHKUPD needs to be ran in February.

I plan to send more instructions regarding the first pay in February as soon as it is available.
