[Mail_treas] Alternative Salary Schedules

Good morning,

My board is requesting that our administration and teachers union come up
with ideas for an alternative salary schedule or merit pay schedule for our
certified staff. If your district has explored and/or implemented anything
outside the box, I would love to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Any insight or guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
