[Mail_treas] Children's Hunger Alliance Breakfast Expansion Grant

Does anyone have the School Breakfast Expansion Grant from the Huger Alliance?  How do you have that coded? FUND/SCC?  I have a district here who has the grant, and they have it in as a 599, so USAEMS is asking for a valid EMIS category.
