TREASURER VACANCY
Pickaway County ESC
The Pickaway County ESC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Treasurer. This position reports directly to the Governing Board and is responsible for all financial matters for the PCESC.
Applicant Qualifications:

  *    Possess an Ohio Treasurer's License or evidence that one is obtainable.
  *    Have school district or governmental fiscal experience.
  *    Have knowledge of Ohio school finance and Ohio school law.
  *   Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Responsibilities:

  *   Prepare and develop the annual appropriations.
  *   Monitor for compliance and assist in developing service contracts and invoices.
  *   Be responsible for the deposit and investment of school district funds.
  *   Approve expenditures and assist in processing.
  *   Responsible for the preparation of agenda and necessary reports for monthly board meetings.
  *   Carry out any additional duties as defined by Ohio Revised Code 3313 and 3315.
