[Mail_treas] Returning College Students and use of school facilities

I am looking for written operating procedures/guidelines.



Once again, we are receiving  request of college students (alumni of our
school district) to come back and practice with our teams, use our athletic
facilities, etc.



Historically I have been the bad guy, insisting that this can only happen
if one of our coaches/administrators is present, approves, etc.  Tell them
that they come at their own risk.  I am hearing that I am the exception,
that many other school districts allow their alumni to return unbridled.
