[Mail_treas] Paid Maternity Leave

Hello all,



We are preparing for negotiations and I am interested to hear if any districts offer paid maternity leave (not using sick days).   In other words, the employee does not have to use any of their own accumulated leave.  Our Superintendent wants to put 6 weeks of paid leave in our initial offer.
