[Mail_treas] Media Coverage

Good Morning,

I am looking for a contract for media/photographer coverage at school
events. We have multiple media outlets and photographers attending our
events. We do not charge them entrance fees or any type of media coverage
fee.

They all take pictures of athletes during games. We would like to make sure
we have finger- printing, follow FERPA, and know when people are soliciting
families to sell pictures. Needless to say, it has become an issue and
we need to figure out the best method of control.

If you have a contract we can look at, I would appreciate it.
