[Mail_treas] Tax Exempt Certificate/Determination

Good morning!

We are in the process of securing a lease-purchase agreement with PNC
Bank.  They are requesting an exemption certificate.

I informed the woman we are a political subdivision-school district.  She
said she has always received an exemption certificate from school districts
as well as from the State of Ohio.

I'm not sure where I have been the last 36 years, but I have never seen an
exemption certificate for any school district.  I have referred to Ohio
Revised Code as proof.  If any one of you has a certificate, please let me
know how to get one.
