[Mail_treas] cash reserves

Hello Again,
I have been asked to find out what other District typically have on hand
as cash reserves. I know there are various policies out there. I just
wondered what most of you actually do rather than theoretically do! And if
you don't mind, can you tell me roughly how many days worth of operating
costs you have on hand?

I know I am being pesty this morning so hopefully I won't have to send out
any more group emails for a while!
