[Mail_treas] Blended Rate Contract Language

In preparation for upcoming negotiations, I was wondering if anyone out
there has included language in their classified contracts regarding a
blended rate for various hourly positions?  We are kicking around some
various ideas internally, but I thought that someone has most likely been
down this road in contract negotiations prior.

If so, I would be interested in looking at your language (if you are
willing to share) to help further our discussions.
