[Mail_treas] Strategic Plan

For the past several years, our district has been working on and reviewing a strategic plan-in four specific areas.

After considerable time, it is time to review and re-evaluate those areas and timelines.

Does anyone have any "other" areas than these below?  It appears as though most schools have strategic plans that generally fall into the same "improvement areas."  We are just searching to see if there are other areas we have not currently evaluated .

The five most common areas seem to be:

        Communication
        Technology
        Facilities
        Academics (i.e. Local Report Card / Student testing / Graduation Rate / Etc.)
        Finances
