[Mail_treas] MVECA0 Maintenance

On Sunday 11/19/17 from 7 AM to 8 AM we will be applying Server updates to the MVECA0 host.  This will mean MVECA0 will be unavailable during the process.  We have indicated an hour but expect it to be substantially less than that.

On Sunday 11/26/17 from 7 AM to 8 AM we will be applying an update to the MVECA0 VMS emulator.  This will mean MVECA0 will be unavailable during the process.  We have indicated an hour but expect it to be substantially less than that.

These updates need to be applied separately in case an issue arises we know which update caused the issue.

If you have an issue with either of these times please let me know ASAP.
