Hi Bonnie,

To followup on the voicemail I left this morning, attached you will find our Voting Makes a Difference fact sheet. Also, RC 3313.18<http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/3313.18v1> requires, for certain items, that the treasurer call roll and record all yes and no votes. As you'll see on the attached fact sheet, we recommend, as a best practice, using this process for all votes. I'm not aware of any language that would allow board members to vote electronically as you described in your voicemail.
