[Mail_treas] Background checks for volunteers

A couple of questions about volunteers:

1.  Do you require everyone to be background checked?  If not, how do you
determine who is required to be background checked?  Length of
assignment/activity, nature of assignment, amount of time with kids?

2.  Who covers the cost?  The District (general fund), the activity (200 or
300 account, if applicable), or the volunteer?
