[Mail_treas] Credit Recovery Classes

We are currently paying for students to take credit recovery classes
through "Educere".

We are not currently charging the parents anything for these classes.  Does
anyone else charge the family/parents?  I would like to at least charge
back if the student fails the course or drops the course.

Can anyone think of a reason I could not make Parents responsible for these
types of charges??
