[Mail_treas] Retire-Rehire of Administrators.

Esteemed ones!
I am looking for a  good policy on Retire-Rehire of Administrators.  I have
contacted NEOLA for a policy but maybe someone has something different than
them.  I am also looking for procedures for taking this action.  If you
have something that you really like, and it works well please forward me a
copy.
