[Mail_treas] MVECA0 Migration

Good morning,

I'd like to schedule Sunday, September 17th to do the MVECA0 migration.  Both of the issues that came up with the last attempt have been resolved.

I'm estimating it will take 10 hours but would like to schedule the entire day for the system to be unavailable.

I'll send out a message once the system is available again.

If this will cause any issues for you please let me know as soon as possible.
