If you do allow this we recommend that each person who donates would then lose one day from their accumalted total for the rest of their career.
Ex: We allow employees to accumulate 260 days. If you donate a day, you new maximum would now become 259 days. That way those employees actually give something with their donation instead of it all being on the school.

Hope everyone had a great weekend and a successful start to Fiscal 2018!
My superintendent is exploring the idea of donated leave and/or leave banks and is looking to see how other district's handle this. If your District has a donated leave or leave bank policy and you would like to share, that would be greatly appreciated.
