[Mail_treas] Charges for Student Activity Bus & Building Use

I would like to know how you figure charges for your Student Activity Bus &
Building Use Costs.  We use a average wage of our cafeteria, custodial and
bus drivers plus benefits for our charges - which is the same we charge for
outside groups.  I would appreciate any information you can give me as the
question has come up that we should charge our activity accounts our actual
cost instead of the 'average' costs we have been using for years.
