Good Morning Everyone!



Quick Question. How does your district handle collecting W-9‘s from new
vendors. Please simply reply 1 = yes or 2 = yes or 3 = yes, ultimately
purchaser or Treasurer, if 4 applies a short explanation would be greatly
appreciated.



1.       100% Treasurer’s Office responsibility.

2.       100% purchaser’s responsibility

3.       Combination of 1 & 2.

4.       Other – Please explain.
