[Mail_treas] Separate Bank Accounts

[Merry Lou Knuckles]

After 71 responses it looks like we all are handling things the same way -
Athletics through the 300 fund with separate cost centers for each sport.
Some schools do have a petty cash checking account for the AD to pay
workers and officials or entry fees from but the majority do not.

Also it was noted that the auditors frown upon multiple accounts. And to
set up multiple bank accounts would be crazy :)
