[Mail_treas] MVECA0 migration

Good morning,

I want to schedule the 3rd attempt at the MVECA0 migration (hopefully the last attempt...).  I was looking at either this Sunday, 10/1, Sunday, 10/8 or Sunday 10/15.  Please let me know if any of these dates will be an issue for your district.
