Here is where they should find them.

  *   Log in to the Data Collector
  *   Select the Reports tab
  *   Select the Received Files link
  *   Select the Year (2017) in the dropdown
  *   Select Archives for the Category
  *   Clear the default value from the Received On or After box (so they don't just see the latest files)
  *   Select List Files

The reports should be in zip file with 2017H0000 in the title.  If they try this and it does not work, please have them contact their ITC for troubleshooting.
