Subject: Maintenance Reminder 8/8

Just a reminder of the maintenance on the Kiosk system scheduled for Wednesday 8/8.

We had originally scheduled this from 4-6 PM, but it has been adjusted to start at 5:00 PM and go until 8:00 PM, so please plan accordingly.

During this maintenance, two items will be updated.
1)      Archiving of data to provide for less stress on the system and a performance increase during logins and other actions.   No functionality or data will be removed, but older data will be held in archival tables that are only accessed when that data is needed.
2)      Updates to the AESOP Web Services to provide meaningful error messages.
