[Mail_treas] Questions about 120 days for step increases

Hi All!

We had a request here come up to allow someone to work days in the current
year to apply to the previous year for the purposes of a step increase.  I
have been asked to survey other districts to see how it is handled
elsewhere.  Can you please take the short survey I have put together if you
