[Mail_treas] use of facility fees sports

Good Morning,
Our golf, bowling, baseball and softball teams use facilities (at no cost) for practices and games/meets that do not belong to the district.  My board has asked if I would survey districts to ask the following:

Do you have any sports that practice and hold games/meets at any facility that you do not own, could you please list the sport; Do you pay a fee; and if so, how much per year; Is it a flat fee or is some type of formula used to determine what is paid on a yearly basis?
