[Mail_treas] Classified Supplemental

Good afternoon,

Does anyone have a classified supplemental pay schedule that they use to
pay employees that have done work above and beyond their contracted
position? I'm trying to not just use an arbitrary amount and would rather
base it off of a percentage of their pay.

Any info would be useful as a starting point.  Thanks in advance.
