[Mail_treas] Medicaid Billing Procedures

Does anyone have a district handbook or procedure book for the billing of
Medicaid services to eligible students. I am looking for the forms the OT,
PT, Audiology and Speech/Language providers would fill out, the required
documentation, the timelines for completing this documentation, who has to
retain the records ...
While we have done a decent job of this, I want to put a handbook together
to give to each of these service providers so they know what is expected of
them but I don't want to start from scratch if someone has one already.
