[Mail_treas] New Medicare Balancing Report

Hello,

We have another new report to introduce: MEDBAL   Two files are created: MEDBAL.TXT and MEDBAL_PICKUP.TXT. I think you will find this helpful to balance the Medicare deductions each payroll. This report will also be helpful for QRTRPT and W2REPT balancing.

The MEDBAL.TXT shows the following information:

The MEDBAL_PICKUP.TXT shows:

You will also see a helpful balancing note when you run MEDBAL:

You can get to this report by typing at the MENU> MEDBAL   or it is located at the USPS_LCL menu:
