[Mail_treas] ECE Refund

Esteemed fiscal wizards,

I received a late Christmas gift from ODE where we need to refund ECE funds
(439) from FY17.  Since the books have been closed (not the second set we
all keep for our unions) and audit completed, logic tells me I am charging
this off to GF.

I'm curious if anyone has blazed a trail on this before and possibly
utilize object code 899 (other misc.)?

If you haven't and want to contribute funds versus advice, send a check.
