[Mail_treas] Class Fees vs Participation Expense (reimbursement)

We have made our Show Choir into a class in addition to an extra
curricular.  However, that now causes an issue with charging a fee for
costuming, etc.  The class itself has a fee which we have applied free and
reduced against.  But we are trying to figure out how we can avoid the free
and reduce against the costuming and the amount used to defray other
expenses (choreographer, etc.) that we referred to as a fee.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  Can we call it a costume reimbursement
amount and not a fee to make it not subject to free and reduced?  These
monies would run through the 300 account.

Also, does anyone have a system in place where students earn points that
would then have the boosters donating funds to the 300 account to off-set
the costuming reimbursement amount?

Any suggestions would be helpful,
