I like Denise's idea -- perhaps OASBO could also petition the Govenor and
State Legislators as well.

And - also petition BASA and OSBA which have strong legislative lobbies.

If School Supt & Board's want to maintain and attract qualified Treasurer's
to their districts, it  would seem to me that it be in BASA's as well as
OSBA's best interest to help the Treasurer's cause.
